Resident Survey Summary

Appendix 1 - HPC Survey Question Summary

The next stage, Regulation 19, is expected in Summer 2026, which will be the next opportunity for residents to comment on the draft Local Plan.

The Local Plan will guide how Hildenborough and the wider borough develop over the next 20 years, covering housing, infrastructure, green spaces, transport and community facilities.

Hildenborough Parish Council will continue to monitor progress and share updates as they become available.

Further information is available on the TMBC Local Plan webpage, and a full paper copy of the draft plan can be viewed at Hildenborough Library.

A Parish Councillor will also be available at the second Farmers Market of each month if you would like to raise any concerns or ask questions.

Your feedback continues to help us shape a strong, community‑led response as the Local Plan moves forward.
