Kent County Council is asking for residents’ views on a proposed change to how Section 53 Public Rights of Way applications are prioritised. The rise in applications in recent years has created a growing backlog, and KCC is proposing to prioritise user-based applications (those showing 20+ years of use) alongside historic evidence applications
