Local Plan Update from TMBC 17th March 2026

Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council has published its response to the Regulation 18 Local Plan consultation, which ran from 10 November 2025 to 2 January 2026.

The report also includes updates on transport work and the financial implications linked to the Local Plan.

We encourage all residents to take a moment to read the response and stay informed about how future development may affect our community.
